1. What payment terms do you accept?

A. For standard specification products, 30% deposit and the rest payment made by Wire transfer

before delivery.

B. For customized products, 50% deposit and the rest payment made by Wire transfer before

delivery.

C. For order amount less than USD500, payment made by Paypal is acceptable.

D. L/C is acceptable only after further negotiation.

 

2. What's the warranty time for dental equipment?

Generally One year after delivery date.

 

3. What certificates do you have?

CE and ISO are available to all dental products. FDA is available to some products.

4. What's the sea/air/express cost?

It depends on the quantity, destination and transportation method.

 

5. How can we be your exclusive agent in our country or region?

There are two basic requirements:

A. So far there is no JPS exclusive agent in your area.

B. We have done business for at least ONE year.

C. You have your technician to provide the after sales services to your end users.

 

6. How can you provide us the after sales services if we buy equipment from you?

A. Our local distributor will provide the after sales services to you.

B. We supply you the free spare parts during the warranty time.

C. We provide far distance after sales services by Skype or other means.

 

7. How can I clear the Customs for your products?

Please contact your local import forwarder/broker.

 

8. What support can you do for me if I want to visit your company?

A. Provide you invitation letter to facilitate your visa application.

B. Airport pick up.

C. Hotel reservation.

D. Other services you need

 

9. How long can we get the dental chair if we place an order to you?

A. 15 days after receiving your 30% deposit if the quantity is less than 10 units

B. 30 days after receiving your 30% deposit if the quantity is between 10 and 20 units.

C. 45 days after receiving your 30% deposit if the quantity is between 20 and 40 units.

D. For customized dental units, the delivery time needs further confirmation.

To ensure the correct delivery time, you need to further confirm with JPS team.

 

10. How can you guarantee the quality for us?

A. We provide ONE year warranty time for you. During this period, we provide you solutions and

free spare parts.

B. We provide you inspection reports and video in details particularly the details that the

customers concern.

C. A third party inspection is welcome. But the cost will be born by the customer.

D. After supplying dental equipment to customers from 60 countries over 15 years, JPS team has

the confidence in our dental products.

E. You are required to send us the quality complaint report in time. Pls contact the contact person

the formality of the quality complaint report.
